Goodbye December, Hello New Years!

Goodbye December, Hello New Years! We at Die Cut Diva's would like to thank our wonderful sponsors-

for supporting our Warm and Cozy Challenge for December!

Here is my card-

Here is a list of materials:
  1. Image: JJ Christmas Box, by Bugaboo stamps. Colored with Copics.
  2. Paper: yellow, purple cardstock (Scrap stash), patterned paper (unknown).
  3. Embellishments: lime green sequins attached with Glossy Accents.
  4. Dies: My Favorite Things stitched rectangle (But the Memory Box Pinpoint Dies would work as well), Cricut sentiment (Simply Charmed,Plantin Schoolbook for exclamation point). If you don't have a Cricut, they have 4 companies that make a "Cheers"die, like this one from Cheery Lynn.
I thought this image would work well for New Years-I'll have to think up something funny for the inside.

Thanks for visiting!

Welcome to the FCCB Christmas Bingo Blog Hop! Here is your Bingo card-

You can choose to do a line up, down, across or diagonal, completing each square in your line. Example: Christmas Cricut Cut, Hand Colored Christmas Image, Christmas Glitter. You have so many choices!

The FCCB Christmas Bingo hop is sponsored by:

A $10 Credit Voucher will go to the lucky winner!

To qualify for the prize, be sure to use at least 1 Cricut cut on your project and if it's not obvious, let us know what cartridge you used. If you use a Cricut Explore machine, at least one cut must be from the Cricut catalog of images.

For this blog hop, you can submit up to three projects. Each project is one entry into the drawing for the prize.

Be sure to visit each Design Team member and leave a comment-those will be put into a drawing for the following:

So here is my Bingo Card project-

I chose Christmas glitter (center of poinsettia's), Hand Colored Christmas image (PSX Poinsettia) and Cricut Christmas Cut (Creative Memories Tis The Season, sentiment).

The poinsettia is an older PSX Botanical Flower stamp, and colored with Copics. And yes, I did fussy cut the whole thing. I used gold Stickles for the center of the poinsettia's. The embossing folder was a freebie from Cardmaking and Papercrafts. And the sentiment was cut out of a red cardstock scrap. I love how striking the red is against the embossed white background.

I do have Blog Candy! One lucky comment person will win-

So here is the line-up:

Getting closer to Christmas

Hello! It's getting close to Christmas, and here is another quirky way to keep warm & cozy-decorating! Come join the fun at Die Cut Diva's! Here is the front of the card-

 And here is the inside-

I took the cue from the reindeer about the theme. The image is from Bugaboo Stamps (Reindeer Trio) colored with Copics. The embossing folder is from Tim Holtz (Vintage Brick) highlighted with white chalk ink. The great thing about my Cricut is that I can choose a font and cut out the letters I need. I wove Jolee's Christmas lights through the sentiment (some letters were pop dotted up), then computer generated the inside sentiment. I did cut a window for the reindeer to look through and pop dotted the brick wall to the card.

Die Cut Diva's and Bugaboo Stamps!

Hi! Today is my spotlight day, and I'd like to show you a tray insert I made for today! This is my idea of warm and cozy-lounging around on a beach with an adult beverage!

I make these inserts for this tray I bought about two years ago from a local craft store. I saw this image at Bugaboo Stamps (our sponsor for this month) and I knew what I was going to do! Here are the ingredients:
  1. Image: Tropical Santa (Bugaboo Stamps), colored with Copics.
  2. Cricut: Deserted island (Formal Affair), Cloud (Artiste), Wine glass (Simply Charmed).
  3. Sentiment: Unity Stamp Co., Teal Imprintz ink.
  4. Paper: green, blue glitter paper (Colorbok), ivory, brown cardstock (Bazzill), red, light blue, white, maroon (scrap stash).
I do have a quirky sense of humor, but my husband loves it!

Thanks for visiting, and make sure to enter Die Cut Diva's Warm & Cozy Challenge!

I'm also entering this at the Bugaboo Here Comes Santa Clause challenge.
