Here is my project:

Dreaming Tree makes such wonderful SVG kits! This is the Spring Card from the Gate Fold Bundle, which I changed the front flower to one I made from Mothers Day Bouqet 2010 cartridge (I did use the stamen from the Dreaming Tree card!). Very easy to put together, and Leo has videos you can watch (I highly recommend doing this) so that you aren't lost in the assembly process. The papers I used are all from my stash. I'm going to leave a sentiment off for now, and use the card to fit whatever comes up.

Thanks for visiting!

Yorkie Birthday

Welcome! Today is my spotlight day at Die Cut Diva's, and our sponsor for this month is-

Di's Digi Downloads

Make sure you enter your animal themed project for a chance to win that $12 prize voucher!

Here is my project-

I have a beagle and a Yorkshire Terrier (aka Terrier-ist) named Filo Beddoe, after the bare knuckle fighter Clint Eastwood played in Every Which Way but Loose. So when I saw the new Frantic Stamper pet dies, I had to get some! Here are the materials I used to make this card-
  1. Dies: dog (Frantic Stamper-Bobble Head Sweet Pea), collar (Frantic Stamper Doggy Accessories), banner (My Favorite Things), buckle (Cricut).
  2. Paper: dog print cs (Authentique), beige, tan cardstock (stash), gold texture (DCVW).
  3. Stamp: sentiment (Taylored Expressions-If Dogs Could Talk), Memento Rich Cocoa ink.
  4. Embossing Folder: Pawprints (Darice).
  5. Embellishments: ribbon (Joann's-very old), collar studs (I Rock Imaginisce).

If it isn't a card, you will get two entries into the drawing!

Here is my project:

This is the Irish Banner from Dreaming Tree. The Cricut cuts are the banner (Bits & Pieces) and the sentiment (Art Nouveau font). That's whats fun about Leo's SVG's, you can add cuts from your Cricut to personalize your project. I used solid green papers from the Recollections Green stack, and the rest is out of my stash. I actually made a grid to put lime Stickles on the clovers to mimic a manufactured paper.

This is on my craft room door. I've always wanted a St. Patricks decoration, and now I have one!

Thanks for visiting.
